Admission Rules

  • There will be no admission for children aged 3 and below. Those aged 4 and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission. All patrons, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket for admission and all children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
  • Food and drink items will not be allowed into the Sands Theatre, items will have to be consumed/discarded prior to entry.

The acoustic was poor and we can hardly hear what was said or sung. I’ve attended a few plays in London and never had that issue. Furthermore the design of the theatre was not good - the gradient was not steep enough to ensure that audience at the back will not be fully blocked if the audience in front were a bit taller.

Cheaper to purchase the tickets via Klook for musicals and the seats assigned are quite good too. Matilda has a good storyline and the songs are nice as well.

hassle free and convenient. The price on klook is more cheaper than MBS website. I choose dress circle seats and the location is good. it is a last minute purchase and we got good seats. thou not fully occupied. fortunate to catch the show on the last day in Singapore. worth it!
