What to expect
Regarding Photo Sessions
- Photo sessions are primarily held in studios in and around Tokyo (outdoor photo sessions are also available).
There are basically two types of photo sessions: ◆Individual Photo Sessions - For experienced photographers These sessions are conducted in a one-on-one format between the photographer and the model. (You can monopolize the model without being disturbed by others.)
◆Group Photo Sessions - For beginners ① Multiple photographers with one model The number of participants is typically 5-6 people. One session (around 1 hour). Each participant will have approximately 10 minutes of exclusive shooting time. You can, of course, take photos outside of your exclusive time slot, but you cannot give instructions such as posing to the model (exclusive shooting time is guaranteed, and you can give instructions such as posing to the model).
② Multiple photographers with multiple models The number of participants is typically 10 or more, and these sessions are often held outdoors. These sessions are held less frequently. (The advantage is that you can photograph many models at once. On the other hand, the amount of time you have with each model is considerably shorter.)
- After the photo session, you can take a photo with the model using an Instax camera (this is a separate charge & some models may not offer this).
- If you need photography equipment, you can also use our equipment rental service. ・Equipment rental (camera only): 2,000 yen ・Instax photo fee: 1,000 yen

Good to know
Day of the Event
- Before you make a purchase, we will provide information on the photo session schedule, performers, etc. We will suggest a plan for the day based on your schedule and requests.
- After your purchase is confirmed, we will inform you of the meeting location on the day of the event.
- On the day of the photo session, the interpreter/guide will meet you at the meeting location. After meeting up, we will go to the photo studio together.
- After arriving at the studio, please pay the participation fee to the photo session staff. (Cash only, in principle)
- Photo session starts (approximately 1 hour)
- The photo session ends. Dismissal.
Important Notes
Before Purchase:
- This service covers reservation assistance and on-site interpretation only. Participation fees and transportation costs for the photo session are not included. Please note that you are responsible for the participation fee for the photo session. Payment will be made on-site.
- For group photography, the guide's participation fee is also required and will be borne by the customer.
- To provide you with satisfactory service, please be sure to contact us before making a purchase.
- Due to model's scheduling constraints, we are currently only accepting reservations within one month (e.g., for January 1st, we accept reservations up to January 31st).
- Depending on the organizer and model, smartphone photography may be prohibited. In that case, you can use our camera rental service.
- Video recording is generally prohibited (but may be possible in some cases).
- Contact with the model after the photo session is strictly prohibited.
- Exchanging contact information with the model is prohibited.
- Unauthorized posting of photographed photos on the web is prohibited (permission from the model is required; posting conditions vary depending on the model, and some may completely prohibit posting, so be sure to check with the model about posting photos).
After Purchase:
- The event may be canceled due to circumstances of the organizer, model, weather, etc. (Refund or model or date change will be offered).
- Please be sure to be on time on the day of the event. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the customer's own fault.
