- Vouchers can be viewed by logging into the Klook app/site, tapping 'Booking' from 'Account' and clicking 'View Voucher'.
- If you can't present the voucher to the local staff on the day on your smartphone or other device, you can't use it.
- Please note that the URL to display the voucher must be presented on a device such as a smartphone that can connect to the Internet, and may not be accessible in places without a WiFi environment.
