Reviews
Liberty wreck is really a novice-friendly dive site. You don’t need to dive too deep to explore the wreck, and you can even see parts of it while snorkeling. The biodiversity is rich, and the dive shop’s Rauh is excellent. I haven’t dived for a year, but he still patiently reviewed the basic knowledge with me and ensured my safety throughout the entire dive. The disadvantage is that only the Amed area provides pick-up and drop-off services. I live in a resort in the south of Bali and the diving site is in the east. Transportation needs to be paid for at my own expense and the one-way trip takes three hours.
This is my first time getting my open water certification. I was worried because I had dived 4 times and was at the level of a beginner, but he guided me safely. They said pickup was not available in Ubud, so I got a driver from the Ubud hotel and went for 900 round trip. It was 2 o'clock when the schedule ended after diving twice, and it was 5:30 when we arrived in Ubud. I dived once at the Tulamben wreck and once at the cliff point next to it. The wreck is even more beautiful. But at the cliff point, I saw a turtle. As of August, the water temperature was 24-6 degrees, so it was heaven to dive in a swimming pool-like temperature. When I wear a short-sleeved shorts suit, it touches the coral reef and itches and bleeds. Choose a long dress and wear it. I paid 300 underwater shots. I have no regrets. Wreck diving itself is romantic. I recommend it.
