Taman Sari, Keraton Yogyakarta and Yogyakarta City Tour

Attractions and museums, including Borobudur Temple, are closed on Mondays. Travelers are advised to schedule their visit. Touring the city and markets was fun, a great experience.

The driver, Yono was pleasant and brought us to where we were supposed to go. The itinerary however was not great but not bad either. I would recommend it if this is your first time in Jogja.

The museum that was on the schedule was temporarily closed due to renovation, but the guide did not know about it. They took us to the front and said it was closed, but they showed an attitude of asking us what to do. When I protested that the schedule that started at 6 o'clock ended at 12 o'clock, they took me to the Penger Forest on the outskirts. It takes 3 hours for a round trip due to traffic. For the last part of our itinerary, Malioborg Street, they took us to the hotel at 4 o'clock, just saying that Malioborg is where the market we went to earlier was located. It was a tour that was a waste of money. The guide was friendly until the schedule went awry.
