Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Standard Luggage Size: 76cm x 51cm x 32cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• Shared Ride: Each person can bring a maximum of one 26-inch suitcase (infants and children can also bring one piece).
• Private Car Options: A 5-seater car can carry a maximum of 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage; a 9-seater car can carry a maximum of 7 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

• According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

Precautions

Shared Ride Option

• The minimum number of passengers for the shared ride is 4. If the minimum number is not met by the day before the trip, you will be notified to change the schedule or cancel the order.
• This product is a shared ride service. To protect the rights of other passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals. Late arrivals cannot request order modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
• This product is a shared ride service, and you will be sharing a vehicle with other passengers. The schedule and stops will be adjusted according to the actual traffic conditions on the day. The actual shuttle situation depends on the scene, and there may be a 10-15 minute waiting time.
• This product provides a shared shuttle service, and the actual vehicle used will be flexibly adjusted depending on the number of passengers. A 5-seater, 9-seater, medium-sized bus, or large bus may be arranged.
• Since the shared shuttle will continuously travel between Kaohsiung City and Donggang area on the day, delays may occur due to traffic jams or force majeure factors. The dispatchers will contact you immediately, so please keep your mobile phone accessible.
• Due to the many uncertain factors involved in shared rides, it is recommended to allow 1.5-2 hours for a one-way trip.
• The supplier will arrange and adjust the vehicle pick-up time according to the boarding location and traffic conditions of the passengers on the day. Passenger information will be notified to passengers via SMS and email before 22:00 (Taiwan time) on the day before the scheduled ride date. If passengers fill in a Taiwan mobile phone number on the payment page, they will be notified by SMS. Foreign mobile phone numbers will be notified by email or instant messaging software. If you do not receive the ride information, please email service@routortravel.com and the night customer service staff will assist you.

Chartered Car Option

• Special circumstances: Normal operation during the Lunar New Year holiday, additional charges are as follows (please pay the driver in cash on the day):
• 2026/2/14-2026/2/15 Additional charge for 5-seater & 9-seater: TWD300/car (one way) Additional charge for 5-seater & 9-seater: TWD600/car (round trip)
• 2026/2/16-2026/2/22 Additional charge for 5-seater & 9-seater: TWD500/car (one way) Additional charge for 5-seater & 9-seater: TWD1000/car (round trip)
• The driver will pick you up according to the "Pick-up Time" filled in by the customer. The free waiting time starts from 10 minutes. Please be sure to fill in the correct pick-up time and arrive at the pick-up location on time on the day of departure.
• If the customer is late, the driver or supplier cannot successfully contact the customer, it will be regarded as a no-show. The driver will leave on their own after waiting for 10 minutes, and no refund will be provided.
• If the driver or supplier receives a notice from the passenger and continues to wait and complete the service, an overtime fee will be charged on the spot: calculated based on the initially agreed pick-up time, TWD 200 every 30 minutes, and less than half an hour will be counted as half an hour.
• The supplier will contact passengers between 20:00-23:00 (Taiwan time) the day before the scheduled ride date. If passengers fill in a Taiwan mobile phone number on the reservation page, they will be contacted by SMS or phone. Foreign mobile phone numbers will be notified by email or instant messaging software. If you do not receive the ride information, please contact the supplier immediately: service@routortravel.com

Child Safety Seats

• According to Taiwan law, children aged 0-4 must use qualified child safety seats according to their age and body type when riding in "small passenger cars with 9 seats or less", while "large passenger cars with 10 seats or more" are not required. If you are traveling with children aged 0-4, please book a child safety seat in advance, and the supplier will provide it according to the vehicle arranged on the day.
