Business 10-seater (including infants and young children) (can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and young children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be regarded as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable car model so that you can carry all your luggage. Additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded shall be borne by the passengers themselves. If the car rental time range is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be directly collected by the driver and paid to the driver in cash. Precautions

1. Child seats are not mandatory. Please make a reservation in advance if needed. The supplier can provide 1 child seat free of charge. The child seat occupies 1.5 people’s space, which may affect the passenger or luggage capacity. Please be sure to confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an additional fee of 2,000 yen/piece/day. More than two safety seats need to be confirmed with customer service.
2. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or B&Bs in Aomori city (remote pick-up and drop-off will allow the driver to reserve empty driving time or require additional payment depending on the actual situation). The service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably so that you can fully enjoy the attractions. If you go to special routes such as Hachinohe and Shirakami Mountains, please check the price difference with customer service after placing the order.
3. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference for departures or endings in different locations. If any, customer service will confirm with you again after placing the order.
4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in time).
5. After placing the order, you can see the contact information of the customer service on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
6. If the actual car usage exceeds the service time or travel distance, an overtime fee/over kilometer fee will be charged.
7. If the total itinerary exceeds 200 kilometers, JPY300/kilometer will be charged.
8. For customers with consecutive orders, if they stay in a city outside Aomori City, they need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee: 8,000 yen.
9. Overtime rentals due to traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control, will still incur an additional fee.
