The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by incredibly warm and friendly staff—every single one of them had a genuine smile on their face. The service was spot-on too; empty plates were cleared quickly and efficiently without us even needing to ask. This hotel buffet dinner offers fantastic value for money. We got to enjoy premium items like chilled lobster, abalone and freshly carved ham—ingredients you’d normally expect at much pricier places. The dessert selection was honestly the biggest surprise. Most of the sweets were beautifully balanced, not overly sweet, and honestly tasted better than what some of the more expensive hotel buffets serve. We came here to celebrate our anniversary tonight, and the hotel went the extra mile by surprising us with a lovely little cake as a congratulatory treat. We were so touched and truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Everything tonight exceeded our expectations—we left feeling so happy and satisfied. Highly recommended! 🎂🦞🍖
For this price and quality, I think it's worth 5 stars 👍🏻. The ambiance is comparable to fine dining, but the price is affordable. I especially love the seafood and desserts cooked here. The cooked mussels and curry crab claws are particularly outstanding, and the stir-fried mixed vegetables are also delicious. The cold dishes are normal, but I think the sushi and steaks are just worth a try. Saving room for dessert is a must 🙂↕️. The staff are very polite and helpful with great smiles. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely return to patronize this buffet 🫶🏻.
First of all, I was very satisfied. All-you-can-eat lobster! Other than that, there were oysters, shrimp, scallops, sashimi, etc. The meat, roast beef, was the best. There were so many kinds of other hot food and salad breads that I couldn't finish it all. The staff were all polite and considerate, and when I was struggling with the lobster shell, they brought me seafood scissors and wet tissues. The desserts were also delicious, chocolate cake, egg tart, and vanilla ice cream. I recommend it if you are traveling alone and want to enjoy a variety of different kinds of beer. You can drink as much Tsingtao beer and Macau beer as you want, although they are cans! There didn't seem to be any time limit. The restaurant had a colonial resort feel. If I could ask for one thing, it would be nice to have two or three different ways to cook the lobster. But if that were the case, I would probably eat more.
This is my favorite restaurant👍I have eaten at the lunch buffet many times in the past. This time to celebrate my birthday, I came here to try the buffet dinner. It was full of surprises. The atmosphere in the evening was so romantic. The food was of very high quality and unique. My favorite Love is the salad bar, spicy oxtail, steamed fish, roasted pork, pandan waffles, cheese cake and movenpick ice cream. It’s really delicious. I look forward to coming back next time💖
The price/performance ratio is very high, the food comes out very quickly, the seafood is very fresh😋😋😋, there are not many food choices, but at this price, it is worth a try. The waiter has a good attitude, but the dessert taste is average, maybe it is just my taste. 😅But I will definitely go there again next time I go to Macau. I booked it through k look and it was convenient. I was full and patpat and left😁
There were fewer hot food options, and the sashimi was a bit disappointing, though everything else besides the tuna was good. The lobster and other seafood were fresh, and the dessert selection was very rich, with new items constantly being replenished. They even had Portuguese egg thread cake, which I had never tried before. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. They also made my birthday celebration very special; the staff brought over a small cake and sang with us.
I rarely visit Macau hotel buffets, but since it was my anniversary with my husband, we decided to try this hotel's buffet. The dinner buffet offered a good variety of food options. I particularly enjoyed the grilled wagyu beef and the sawdust pudding. The restaurant environment was pleasant: the ceiling was high, and we were seated by the window, which made for a very comfortable experience.
First time trying the buffet dinner at Artyzen, the cold dishes included oysters (but they weren't very fresh and were a bit bland, which was disappointing). The lobster was pretty good, as were the whelks, mussels, and scallops. The Korean abalone porridge was delicious! The hot dishes included roasted pigeon, curry crab claws, roasted yellow beef, and a good variety of desserts. The bread pudding was a pleasant surprise!
This isn't the first time someone has recommended this place, and I've watched many video reviews. The restaurant itself has a great ambiance and is very comfortable to sit in. Regarding the food, although it's not all-encompassing, there's still a lot to choose from. Since it was a family member's birthday, the staff brought out a small birthday cake and even sang "Happy Birthday" together. It was a pleasant surprise, and the atmosphere was lively. Definitely worth visiting again next time.
Booking through Klook is convenient and offers great deals. The food is fresh, with lobster, abalone, cake, and desserts, all of which are delicious. The environment is comfortable, and the staff are polite. Most of the dinner items were very tasty. Highly recommended!
