- Usage time is 10 hours. Overtime will be charged an additional JPY 5,000/hour (payable on-site).
- Service hours: 8:00-20:00 daily. The latest extension is until 10 PM.
- Overtime service fee: For services exceeding 10 hours or provided between 20:00-22:00, an additional JPY 5,000/hour will be charged (any fraction of an hour will be counted as one hour).
- Child seats: The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each subsequent child seat will cost JPY 2,000. Please indicate the quantity required in the "Remarks" section on the order page. The fee should be paid directly to the driver on-site.
- Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to Osaka City (i.e., both the start and end points must be within Osaka City).
- If your pick-up/drop-off location is within the options but outside Osaka City, the usage time is 9 hours.
- If your pick-up/drop-off location is outside the options and outside Osaka City, an additional JPY 5,000 or more will be charged.
- If the departure/end point is located at Kansai Airport or Izumi City, an additional JPY 13,000 will be charged for 7-seater vehicles and JPY 15,000 for 10-seater vehicles.
- Excess mileage fee: When the total distance exceeds 300 km, an additional JPY 400/km will be charged.
- Departure time and itinerary can be arranged by you.
- Driver language: Chinese/Japanese/English (randomly assigned; customers can request in advance, and we will try our best to arrange, but if we are unable to arrange, translation software will be used).
- Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas but will explain the sightseeing strategy in the car!
