Hard Rock Cafe at Times Square and Yankees Stadium, New York

I choose the Times Square branch ..... I had to wait for more than 1 hour to be seated ... I forgot to print the voucher in advance .... the Operations Manager was very helpful .... i was very grateful ... I managed to have my meal ....

The location is very good. We went before Christmas. After waiting less than 20 minutes, we were called at the gift shop. We only ordered one, one burger, one dessert and a drink. We can share a large amount of desserts. , Ordered another rib, the amount is too big to doubt life, and the service is very good

Food was ok, not that great. Environment was good, non smoking and with music. We were rushing for a musical and the service was kinda slow hence that created some stress for us. But we managed to wrap up the meal in time (thankfully).

Good, but a very nearby comphetitor (in Times Square NYC) (also on Klook) was much better, in terms of premise environment, service staff attentiveness, and overall experience.

Long wait, I left my phone charger and when I can back to get it they said they didn’t see it

fast and easy! portion a bit big for a single person. tips also all included. just not happy that we werent allowed to choose the dessert - which was just a scoop of ice cream and a bit of a letdown cos we thought we could get a proper dessert.

Book my voucher on 24 oct, but they close the cafe as they have private function. Luckily we have one more night at New York and they agreed to let us use the voucher on 25 oct. It’s very crowd in the cafe, but atmosphere is good

Quite super value, full of weight, a selection of desserts good taste! Staff are friendly and friendly! The location of the restaurant is excellent, it is not difficult to find! Value back fare

The store is located in Times Square, with convenient transportation, very friendly staff and ordinary meals.
