- In Package 2, a bottle of distilled Soju, a fabric filter and 200g of the natural wheat yeast will be provided for your for your next home-brewing
- In the after-party of Package 2, you can drink all premium liquors (5 or 6 kinds) made by our brewery with Pajeon (green onion pancake) or Kimchijeon (Kimchi pancake). You will be cooking the dish as well
What to expect
Sool Brewing Experience (Making Traditional rice wiine-Makgeolli)
- The expert instructor from our brewery leads the program.
- You can learn how to make Makgeolli and real distilled Soju. We provide 2 packages below:
Package 1: Sool Brewing Experience (1 hour)
- Making Makgeolli and Tasting all liquors (5 or 6 kinds) made by our brewery
- You can take the Makgeolli you made.
Package 2: Sool Brewing Class (2 hours)
- Making Makgeolli and distilling real Soju with learning theory
- In the after-party, you can drink 5 or 6 premium liquors made by our brewery with Kimchijeon(Kimchi pancake) and Kimchi Chigae(soup) with pork.
- Take the Makgeolli you made. The yeast too will be provided for your next home-brewing.
- A bottle of distilled Soju will be provided as a souvenir.
