Electronic Visa Application Process

• Provide the order number
• Color electronic file of passport inner page (must completely display information, clear and without reflection)
• Personal photo electronic file (within 6 months, 2-inch white background headshot)
• Correct flight and reservation records for entry and exit Vietnam dates
• Provide "Application Information" (no need to provide for the guaranteed pass plan)
• After the regular application, you will receive the visa file in about 7 working days (excluding holidays) according to the reply method of the plan.
• After the visa is issued, please check the information and print a paper copy
• After arriving in Vietnam, bring your passport and visa paper to the immigration officer counter to queue for customs clearance

Urgent Items Instructions

• For 3-day urgent items, the day of sending the item is not counted as a working day, and the item will be returned around 18:00 after 3 working days.
• For 2-day urgent items, the day of sending the item is not counted as a working day, and the item will be returned around 18:00 after 2 working days.
• For 1-day urgent items, the day of sending the item is not counted as a working day, and the item will be returned around 18:00 after 1 working day.
• For 4-hour urgent items, morning items should be sent before 9:30, and the item will be returned around 12:00 noon; afternoon items should be sent before 15:00, and the item will be returned around 18:00 in the evening.

Single/Multiple Entry Instructions

• Single entry visa: Can be used to enter and exit once within the validity period of the visa, and will automatically expire after use. (Must enter and exit within the validity period)
• Multiple entry visa: Can be used to enter and exit an unlimited number of times within the validity period of the visa, and will automatically expire after the validity period. (Must enter and exit within the validity period)

Explanation of Differences Between Agency and Guaranteed Pass

• Agency Plan: Apply through the Vietnamese official website. The official decides whether the visa is issued or not. If the visa is rejected, the reason will not be explained (you need to provide “Application Information”, such as contact information in Taiwan or Vietnam, etc.)
• Agency visa return method: You need to go online to check whether the visa has been issued and download the visa yourself.
• Guaranteed Pass: Submit the application through the local visa department, and the data evaluation is more controllable. If the data is insufficient, you can supplement the data until it is issued. It means that the audit is guaranteed to be passed, but the working days cannot be guaranteed. If the time is too close and you are worried about delaying your valuable itinerary, it is recommended that you order an urgent item.
• Guaranteed pass visa return method: The visa is provided by the iTour supplier.

Precautions

• Working days: Refers to normal working days, excluding non-working days such as Taiwan and Vietnam holidays and weekends.
• Travelers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional 5 USD + 2 headshots (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) after arriving in Vietnam.
• Some nationalities cannot apply for a visa, please refer to link
• If the initial airport for entering Vietnam is Phu Quoc Airport, and there are subsequent transfers to other cities in Vietnam, you still need to apply for a visa, and the visa start date must be the date of entry to Phu Quoc Airport.
