1. Rescheduling Policy 改期政策 Confirmed bookings cannot be rescheduled, changed, or refunded. 活動確認後不得更改、改期，或退款。
2. Overtime Production 逾時製作 If the production time exceeds 90 minutes, an additional fee of $80 per 30 minutes will be charged. Customers can choose to purchase an extra 90-minute workshop session at a discounted price of $200, or pay the overtime fee. 如客人於製作時間超過90分鐘，每半小時將額外收取$80加時費。客人可選擇以優惠價$200購買多一節90分鐘工作坊，或以加時費用結算。
3. Figure Model Arrangements 模型安排 3a) The Creamy Clay Workshop Package includes two large models from the glass cabinet. Additional models can be purchased for $50 per model. 奶油膠工作坊套餐包含2個玻璃櫃上的大模型，如客人想加購模型，本店將收取$50/1個模型費用。 3b) Rare models available for purchase at the workshop are priced according to the on-site pricing. Please consult our instructors for accurate pricing. 工作坊裡有提供額外加購的罕有模型，定價以本店現場標價為準，確實費用可跟我們導師查詢。 3c) Small accessories from the pink island cabinet are available for use. 粉紅色中島櫃的小配件均為任用。 3d) Models and colors can only be used for Creamy Clay creations and cannot be taken away or collected. If interested in purchasing accessories, please inquire with our instructors. 模型及配色只可用於奶油膠作品上，不可帶走或收藏，如有興趣購買配件，可向我們的導師查詢。
4. Creamy Clay 奶油膠 4a) Please note that the creamy clay we use is hand-dyed, and slight color variations may occur. qqcreamyhk does not accept any disputes regarding color differences. Customers should make their judgments. 請注意，本公司所採用的奶油膠均由人手染色，同一顏色的奶油膠有機會會出現輕微色差。qqcreamyhk不接受任何於毛冷顏色上的爭議，請客人自行判斷。 4b) Creamy clay is available for use during the workshop. However, customers must complete one color board before opening another tube of creamy clay. A $20 cleaning fee will be charged per tube if excessive waste is observed. 奶油膠於工作坊均為任用，但是客人製作時必須先完成一支奶油膠色板開另一支新的奶油膠，遇到時發現有浪費大量奶油膠的情況出現，將每支所使用的膠收取$20清潔費用。
5. Available Products 產品選擇 Customers can create any provided product. If a product requires an additional purchase (e.g., mirror, bag), the customer must first complete one item before starting another. 工作坊有提供的產品均可製作，如客人選取需要加購的產品，本店將收取加購的費用 (如 鏡子，袋) 客人必須先完成一樣作品，再開始製作另一個作品。
6. Finished Work Collection 完成作品領取

6a) After completing the workshop, creations will be left at the store for air drying. Customers can choose to have the items shipped via SF Express or pick them up in person at the Kwun Tong workshop within three days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after three months without further notice. 完成工作坊後，作品會留低於本店作風乾，客人可於三天後決定本店安排順豐寄付或者親身上來觀塘工作坊拎取作品，如作品於三個月內沒人認領，本店將燒毁作品並不另作通知。

6b) As all creations are handcrafted, the store is not responsible for any damage after the items have left the premises. Each customer will receive one AA super glue for repair purposes. 因作品均為手工藝作品，作品離開本店後，如有任何損毁，本店恕不負責。本店將為每位客人配有一支AA超能膠，可作修補作品用途。

6c) If the customer wishes to claim the product on the same day, an additional fee of $60 per product will be charged for the instant drying process. Please allot 30 minutes per product for this process. Be advised that the instant drying process will only dry the surface of the product, and the inside may still be wet. Customers are responsible for drying the product at home for an additional 1-2 days before use. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product at any point. 若客戶希望在當天領取產品，須額外支付每件產品$60的快速乾燥處理費用。請為每件產品預留30分鐘進行此處理。請注意，快速乾燥過程僅使產品表面乾燥，內部仍可能是濕的。客戶需自行在家中再將產品晾乾1-2天後方可使用。若產品在任何時候損壞，我們概不負責。
