• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seat allocation is mainly on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day.
• If you have tattoos, you will not be able to use the onsen (hot spring); Japanese onsen require nude bathing. Please be aware of this.
• During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the tour may be earlier or slightly later. The specific departure time will be subject to the email notification the day before departure, so please prepare in advance.
• As the day tour is a shared ride, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any unexpected costs and liabilities incurred due to tardiness. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure, the park may adjust the operating hours of the rides or show times, or even cancel the operation of some projects and performances without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
• This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. To ensure your safety, staff members have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements. The specific situation is subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The transportation, sightseeing, and stopping times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. • During group tours, it is not possible to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group, thank you for your understanding.
• Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above times are for estimation only. Please avoid arranging other activities after the day's itinerary. Our company will not be liable for any losses caused by delays.
• Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, light-up events, fireworks displays, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, festival activities, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notification. If we do not receive official notification of cancellation of the event, we will arrange it according to the original plan.
