Due to admission restrictions, the tour starting time might be changed. The hotel pick-up time is scheduled to be 1 hour before the tour start time, but please check the email from the tour operator SHINRA for details, which is sent by 1-2 days before the tour date. During 1st Oct to 8th Nov, the tour starting time will be below. Morning: 9:00 am, Afternoon: 1:20 pm

Good to know
- The guide and meeting information will be notified by email 2 days before the day from Shinra. Please check the email surely at your earliest convenience as it shows important information such as the guide’s name or phone number. If not, the guide may have to call you.
- There is no toilet during the tour
- Please refrain from using mobile phones during the tour
- Please refrain from using perfumes and hair styling products as they may induce bee attacks and please refrain from wearing black clothes
- Mosquitoes may occur during May to August, so please wear clothes and shoes that do not expose your skin
- From July to August, there are days when the temperature exceeds 30℃, so please be carefully about the heat stroke
- This tour is an outdoor activity. Please participate in good physical condition. If you feel no good, please refrain from participating
- We will operate tour even if it rains. However, if the organizer decides that the tour can not be safety, it will be cancelled

- If you are late for the start time, you will not be able to participate in the tour (Due to parking lot congestion during consecutive holidays and the Obon period, meeting times may be significantly earlier for both on-site meeting and pick-up.)
