In regards to the card validity for public transport, the travel pass will be activated when first used at a network terminal. The travel pass will be valid for the consecutive duration of your card and will follow the operating time of 05:00 to 00:30, regardless of when it was first used
From the moment you collect your card, you have 18 months to use it. After 18 months, your card will become obsolete and will not be replaced

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
Eligibility
- Children aged 16+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 0–3 will not receive a pass, as entry to most attractions will be free for children aged 0–3. However, please refer to the respective attraction website beforehand if a ticket is required
Additional information
- Once you activate a pass, it can only be used by that individual. Passes cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person
- Please note that your Lyon City Card does not entitle you to beat the queue, unless stated otherwise
- Access to some activities for groups over 10 people cannot be guaranteed
- Activities for groups are not included in the Lyon city card
- You may download the Lyon City Card mobile app and link your card for an overview of all the various Lyon City Card activities, including museums, attractions, guided tours, river cruises, and more. As well as see the available and used visits, the validity period, and the remaining time on your card
- Kindly note that a physical Lyon city card is required to use Lyon's public transport network

How to use
Usage validity
- The voucher is valid for 1 day(s) from the redemption/activation date. It expires at the same redemption/activation time on the last day. (I.e. If the redemption/activation time is at 13:00, it will expire at 13:00 1 day(s) later).

How to redeem
- Collect your Lyon city card at any one of the collection points by presenting your Klook voucher. You may collect it at anytime within the operating hours without a deadline
- Once you have collected your card, you can take part in activities by showing your card and mini-guide or your pass via mobile app at the respective activity's or attraction's ticket office to receive your entrance ticket
- Your card will be activated as soon as you use it on public transport or for your first tourist activity

Very convenient! No need to worry about getting around the city since every mode of transportation is included in the card. There’s so much to explore, too little time. Simply pick the best activities to avail. Never fail to pick the rooftop tour of Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviere and the cruise tour ♥️

Obtaining a Lyon City Card is essential. It is seamless, cost-effective, and very easy to use.
The visitor center guides are very helpful.
They suggest itineraries, provide maps, and explain how to use the card.
The card can be used for transport, museums, and boat trip.

You can easily redeem your Lyon City Card at the service counter on the ground floor of the department store opposite the Gare de Lyon-Saint Exupéry train station. With this card, you can visit the Musée des Confluences and get around the city easily. Highly recommended!

It's value for money. You can travel in the city by public transportation and visit many attractions. Unfortunately, there was problem when I redeemed the card. The officer could not find my booking in the system and it took almost one hour until I got the card.

worthwhile to get Lyon city card as it includes guided tour, boat tour, museum entrance and public transportation. We collected the card from tourism office and the officers are helpful and friendly. she help us to book the free tour and assist us to plan the visit and advise us the itinerary and book for other special tour. we have a great time in lyon.

It is very convenient to pick up and use. Please note that the route location provided on Google is incorrect. You can also use local shared bicycles. Even if you live far away, you can use bicycles to shorten your arrival time.
