Good to know
- A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per order.
- Single-day tickets allow entry on either May 30th or May 31st and are only valid for redemption on the chosen day.
- Both single-day and two-day tickets have the same entry qualifications; only the ticket price differs.
- All ticket types are sold in limited quantities and are available while supplies last.
- Standing room only in all areas. One person, one ticket. Present your ticket on-site to exchange for a wristband for entry. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
- One two-day ticket can only be exchanged for one wristband. The wristband will be used for two consecutive days, please keep it safe.
- The event wristband is considered a valuable security. Please wear it correctly and keep it safe according to regulations upon entry. In case of loss, damage, or inability to identify, it will not be reissued. The wristband cannot be resold or transferred.
- In the event of force majeure, this event will issue a separate announcement regarding changes. For detailed event content and any unmentioned matters, please refer to the event's fan page.
- Concession tickets are only available for purchase by individuals holding a valid disability certificate. Each disabled person, including one accompanying person, can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets. The necessary accompanying person must enter at the same time as the disabled person and must bring valid identification upon entry. Those who do not bring identification, do not meet the qualifications, or are not the certificate holder themselves, must pay the difference in ticket price to enter. The disabled person and accompanying person must simultaneously present the same disability certificate for verification before entry.
- One person, one ticket, for entry. Children under twelve do not need a ticket, but must be accompanied by one parent, who must also purchase a ticket. Tickets are considered valuable securities, please keep them safe. In case of loss, damage, burning, or inability to identify, they will not be reissued.
- Consumers must purchase tickets using their real name and fill in valid personal information. When assisting friends or family in purchasing tickets, consent from the personal data owner must be obtained. Purchasing tickets with false information is already involved in Article 210 of the Criminal Code, "Crime of Forgery of Private Documents": "Whoever forges or alters private documents, thereby causing damage to the public or others, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years." Furthermore, according to Article 10-1, Paragraph 3 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act: "Whoever uses false information or other improper means, utilizing computers or other related equipment to purchase tickets for cultural and artistic performances, and obtains booking or pick-up vouchers, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years, or may be fined not more than NT$3 million, or both." Both the organizer and Klook reserve the right to immediately cancel the consumer's order.
