Private Sand Dunes & Blue + Mangrove Day Tour or Fireflies Night

Excellent service! We were guided by Saiful, our tour guide for that day. He is so friendly, fluent in English, patient and accommodative. He did not only explained about the place, he also helped us to take MANY BEAUTIFUL photos and videos for me and my husband. We felt like we were having our wedding photoshoot all over again. He also helped us with ideas on how to pose for the picture. This is truly amazing! He is like a tour guide with package. Having him as our guide is like having a photographer/videographer along the trip. He was so patient and did not rush us to go to the next place which made me feel calm and comfortable. The admin was also swift with their replies as I could not reach the lobby on time and they were willing to wait. The whole journey was smooth and relaxing as we did not rush our itinerary and could actually spend our time there enjoying the scenery and taking as many photos as we like. This is the highlight of our Bintan trip. Our driver, Mr Suharacan is very prompt in contacting me, in fact, within 10 mins of my booking and we confirmed our pick up 2 days before my trip, making me ver assured. The trip itself is a must go. The sand dunes and blue lakes are so picturesque and instagrammable. The ATV ride at the sand dunes is the best I have done so far. The ride is through unmarked terrain with lots of up and down, unlike those ATV tracks on plain grounds. Pricing is so much cheaper than at Treasure Bay too.

Guide is punctual and he is also a photographer helping us to take a lot of nice pictures! The car used for transfer is comfortable. Drawbacks are 1) guide haven’t been proactive enough to introduce the background of the site. 2) weather of the site is very very hot and so we ended up just stayed there less than an hour.

Our guide Dedi was friendly and nice, even brought us to a local minimart on the way back as we would not be able to pick up local snacks from resort area. The location is really pretty, just make sure to wear proper shoes!

it was quite smooth in terms of pick up and transfer. the guide was also quite nice but sadly it was raining heavily then it was not as ideal to take pictures even though the rain cleared up. we also did not use the full 3 hours. for the other activities like atv etc, need to top up to do as well.

nice place, beautiful lake. The guide is basically your body guard and your personal photographer. About 30mins driving from hotel in Lagoi. Weather is very hot, good to bring an umbrella or cap.

Booked a day before trip and got a fast reply from our driver, Suharacan. He suggested at a later timing for the sunset and we went for another fireflies itinerary soon after. His driving was smooth throughout. The place was ig worthy and our driver took many photos for us. Best to come for sunset as suggested as it's less sunny and humid. AtV is at additional cost btw. Overall was a great trip you shouldn't miss for photo spots.
