We spent 2 hours with Cyrus and had a great time! We are beginners and he explained everything: the basis of latte art, how to make espresso, and how to pour the milk to create the latte art. I'm a beginner, and my friend has a little experience. The shop is on the ground floor and easy to find. As soon as we entered, the owner, despite being busy, greeted us warmly. Teacher Ah Cheuk was incredibly patient. First, he explained the basic principles of latte art, then demonstrated how to do it himself. After that, it was our turn to practice. Teacher Ah Cheuk watched us, pointed out issues, and provided effective ways to improve. I believe that with practice at home, I'll be able to recreate it. The coffee roasted by the owner was perfectly to my taste, and I tried different beans, gaining extra knowledge and a delightful sensory experience. The class was held in the shop, which gave us a practical insight into the passion, professional knowledge, and skills required to run a coffee shop. The environment was clean and tidy, and Teacher Ah Cheuk answered all our questions. The two hours flew by with lots of laughter and conversation. My friend bought some coffee beans. Thank you, Teacher Ah Cheuk, for your guidance! I look forward to the next class!
