This is a half-day tour allowing you to discover authentic rural life in Japan with just your own family or friends. Meet local’s in Miyama and try your hand at local experiences. In this tour, a lovely couple who moved to Miyama more than 10 years ago will welcome you at thier traditional house. The house is located outside the Miyama’s thatched house village. It’ll take about 5 minutes by car. Meet up the locals at Miyama’s thached house village, then move to his house by car. Through immersing yourself in an rural culture, you will gain a unique insight into countryside living in Japan.
