- By government order, in case you want to enter the archaeological site with mobile devices (GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, and drones) you must pay an additional fee per device at the ticket office
- Locker and mandatory life vest rental at the Cenote are avaliable
- Chichen Itza CULTUR tax is not included on the price and must be paid upon arrival. Its cost is 42 USD per adult and 7 USD per child.
- Mexicans have a discount on the archeological sites’ tax upon presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification.
- There are several meeting points available, please be aware of the time at which you have to be at said locations.
