Nobody ever contacted me regarding this booking. waited in hotel lobby for one hour and still nobody contacted me. I had to call the customer service of klook 3 times to get someone taken care of and issue the refund. Yet till now I still haven't received any confirmation regarding the refund. Horrible arrangements and I asked for explanation for the no show, till now no one sent me reply.
