What to expect
- With gear available in a range of sizes from children’s to adult, families and individuals alike can easily find suitable equipment.
- Chinese-speaking support staff are available to ensure smooth communication and assistance during the rental process
- Equipment pickup is flexible, with operating hours from 08:00-12:00 and 16:00-18:00. Guests also have the option to pick up equipment a day early (between 16:00 and 18:00), which does not count as a rental day.
- Transportation Support: A convenient pick-up and drop-off service transports guests and their rental gear between their accommodation, Hiyori stores, and nearby ski resorts. The morning service runs between 8:00-10:00 am, and evening drop-off is available from 16:00-17:30.
