🚨 Important Reminders Before Departure

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early.Due to the tight schedule, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• Seating Arrangement Seats are non-reserved and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. One seat per person.If you require extra space, please reserve two seats when booking.
• Luggage Policy Each guest may bring one piece of luggage for free. Please make sure to notify us when booking. If you fail to do so, the driver has the right to refuse boarding without a refund.
• Driver & Guide Arrangement For small groups (4–13 people): One person will serve as both driver and guide. For larger groups (14–45 people): A separate driver and guide will be provided. Final arrangement will depend on the actual group size on the day. Note: Driver-guides focus primarily on driving, with basic commentary.
• Force Majeure & Itinerary Adjustments Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowd conditions. In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the guide has the right to adjust or shorten the itinerary on site. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
• Late Arrival & Refund Policy As this is a shared group tour, the bus will not wait for latecomers at meeting points or attractions.
