• In order to promote environmental protection, the park no longer provides disposable amenities (bottled water, toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, razors, dental floss, shower caps).
• Area A Carriage Tent - Heidelberg (A01-A06) are tatami rooms.
• Area A Carriage Tent - Salzburg (A09-A11) are bunk bed rooms.
• Area A Carriage Tent - Avignon (Courtyard) (A07, A08, A12) has two tatami rooms and one bunk bed room.
• Starry Sky Tent Area B (B01-05) - Aegean Sea: The room has [one double bed + two single beds], located near the first parking lot, and the room faces the spectacular Araucaria trees and ecological pond area.
• Starry Sky Tent Area C (C01-05) - Mediterranean: The room has [two double beds], located near the main stage of the park, and has a large public play space, suitable for children to play and burn off energy.
• Starry Sky Tent Area D (D01-05) - Ionian Sea: The room has [two double beds] or [one double bed + two single beds], located on the inner side of the park, quieter and there are two public rest areas next to the tent, more secluded and concentrated.

• Check-In 15:00; Check Out 11:00; Late check-out fee is $1500/hour.
• DIY and park tours will be adjusted according to the weather conditions of the day.
• The meal and activity supply times and methods are based on the announced content. Please be sure to redeem and participate on time, and we will not wait for those who are late.
• For food safety, please do not bring any fresh ingredients into the park for heating and consumption.
• It is forbidden to start fires and set off fireworks in the park (including inside the tents), destroy nature or landscapes, gamble, or engage in other behaviors that affect others or the environment. If facilities or equipment are damaged, compensation will be required at the original price and a cleaning fee will be charged.
• Smoking and betel nut chewing are prohibited in the park. There is a designated smoking area; those who smoke in the room will pay the official website fee for the day.
• Illegal activities and drug use are prohibited in the park. If verified, the police will be notified and reported according to law.
• Guests are requested to keep the volume down after 10 p.m.
• The park area is a natural environment where various species and aborigines coexist. Please pay attention to mosquitoes, insects, snakes and animals.
• Due to natural terrain factors, the park may have height differences or various road surface environments. Please pay attention to your own safety when visiting the park.
• The park covers a large area, so parents must accompany their children throughout the entire process to maintain safety.
• Please take care of your valuables when using parking spaces. The park is not responsible for any custody or compensation.
• Please take care of all the facilities in the tent. If there is any damage, compensation will be required at the original price; if you want to buy, please refer to the facility and equipment price list and purchase from the service staff.
• If there are any unfulfilled matters, the park reserves the right to add, modify or interpret them.

峇嵐杉丘 _ Pet Rules

• You are welcome to bring your furry children to the park. Please be sure to confirm the park's furry child rules before traveling, and do what you can.
• Please do not leave your furry children alone in the tent.
• Please clean the paws of your furry children before entering the tent, and they are not allowed on the bed. If pets do not have the habit of fixed-point urination, please use urine pads to maintain the cleanliness of the room and environment. If pets urinate on beds, furniture, or carpets, parents will be required to pay compensation at the original price depending on the extent of the damage.
• Please do not let furry children enter other tents or leave the designated activity area; please keep them on a leash when participating in outdoor activities so as not to disturb others.
• When participating in park activities, please be sure to clean up after your furry children's feces and leashes or cages; please do not allow furry children to defecate, blow dry their hair, or comb their hair in indoor spaces.
• Please ensure the volume of your furry children and jointly maintain the quality of the park's use space.
• Furry children are not allowed to use cups, bowls, plates, etc. in the tent or restaurant.
• If you need to come into contact with other people's furry children, please ask the furry children's owners first; if there are disputes between furry children, please help coordinate and comfort them.
• You must complete pet registration and rabies vaccination before entering the camp area, and administer flea and parasite infection prevention drugs in advance.
• Furry children with infectious diseases, illnesses, aggressiveness, and young age are not allowed to enter the camp area.
• The park does not provide pet care responsibilities, nor does it provide pet storage services.
• If furry children cause harm to other owners or furry children in the park, please coordinate the follow-up matters between the two parties.
