• The supplier requires a minimum of 15 passengers for the tour to proceed. The supplier will inform you by phone if there is any change made to the tour

• Don't stay up late the day before and make sure to get enough rest. No drinking and smoking on the activity day. Avoid eating spicy or greasy food before the tour to prevent seasick
• Follow the instructions of the captain and staff. Fit a lifejacket snugly. No chasing, running, climbing, and rough playing on the boat. If participants have seasick during the tour, feel free to go to the deck and get some fresh air
• No ride on the boat if you have any of the following conditions: heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy (over 26 weeks), disability (without an accompanying person)
• We advise you to bring sunscreen, motion sickness medicine, and sunglasses
• Wait for the visit of the whales in a delighted mood. Do NOT feed the whale and do NOT knock or slam the side of the boat to prevent frightening the whales. Interacting with the whales by applauding and cheering is ok
• If the tour is out of commission due to weather conditions or force majeure, it is available to reschedule or ask for a full refund. The supplier will inform you the further information
