- Specific vehicle models for shuttle services are not guaranteed. Please provide the exact number of passengers, including infants and children. The transportation company will dispatch a suitable vehicle. The driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund if the actual number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's capacity, or if the luggage exceeds the vehicle's carrying capacity. If the vehicle is not overloaded, but exceeds the originally selected plan, the difference will be collected on-site.
Luggage Information
- Based on the selected vehicle, each passenger is allowed one piece of carry-on luggage 24 inches (inclusive) or smaller, excluding personal items. Larger luggage will be counted as two pieces. If you have luggage exceeding the quantity limit or unconventional luggage (surfboards, wheelchairs, golf equipment, or other large items), be sure to notify the supplier in advance. Pets, seafood products that are not frozen and properly packaged, and oversized luggage that could damage the vehicle's interior are not permitted.

- Driver provides Mandarin service only.
- Shuttle service can be booked in 15-minute intervals, with service hours from 07:00-20:00.
- Please wait at the location 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
- During peak travel season, there is often more traffic on the roads. Please allow ample time in your schedule. Delays in departure or arrival of up to 10 minutes due to traffic conditions or other uncontrollable factors are not eligible for refunds. Conversely, we will proactively process refunds for delays exceeding 10 minutes. Thank you for your understanding.
- For departures from "Penghu Airport," please provide the flight number and the scheduled arrival time provided by the airline, and specify a departure time at least 30 minutes after the flight arrival time. In the event of flight delays or other factors, a waiting fee of TWD 100 will be charged for every 30 minutes the driver waits.
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
