- This transfer service is for point to point transfer service, NOT for airport transfers. There will be no luggage allowance and bookings will be cancelled without refund if there is any luggage.
- Note: Festive Surcharge SGD30 applies for pick ups on the Eve of Holiday, the Holiday itself and 1 day after the Public holiday.

- The vehicle can travel anywhere in Singapore such as Gardens by the Bay, Jurong Bird Park, Marina Bay Sands, Night Safari, Science Centre Singapore, and Pulau Ubin unless otherwise specified.
- During peak event season, bookings to/from Kallang & Stadium area may be cancelled at operator's discretion.
- If you are making a same day booking, please book at least 3 hours before your preferred pick up time
- Please ensure that you are contactable at the contact number you provided at checkout, as the operator will send a confirmation message once your transfer is arranged
- When booking, please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional cab in cases where the size of your traveling party does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel
- This is a one way transfer only. Please make a separate booking if you require a return transfer
- As per Singapore Law, anyone below the height of 135cm must be secured when riding a car either with a child seat appropriate for their height and weight or use a booster seat to supplement the seat belt. If your child is below the height of 135cm, please add on the child seat charge at checkout
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Additional stops:
- SGD10 per stop
- Waiting Time: The driver will wait for you up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please call the local operator or Klook hotline to inform them of the delay. The driver has the right to charge you SGD10 per 15 minutes delay. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- Midnight: A midnight surcharge of SGD20 applies for any transfers departing or arriving between 23:00-07:00. If your transfer falls within this time, please add on a midnight surcharge at checkout

Ascendx made arrangements for me to contact the driver atleast 24h before my trip which was great! This trip was made easier with the vehicle which we booked because we had odd sized packages and large luggages to be transported from the airport. Our driver Eugene was very helpful. He came punctually, the car overall is clean and spacious. He even helped us load the luggage and packages into the car and off the car. The ride was also very smooth and pleasant.

highly recommended! the car was spotless and cold (singapore weather is crazyyy) cruising with Mr Dominic made our 1 day trip to Singapore totally worth it! originally booked for Changi to USS but i asked if we can make short stop to see merlion. not just he accepted it, he took time showing us around the city knowing we only had 1 day. what a nice gestures from him. i cannot recommend enough, thanks for going extra miles and making our trip memorable!

The flights I book when going to Singapore are always night flights. So I make it a habit to always get a pick up van from the airport even though Singapore is a small country. The drivers are always so nice! 10/10 I recommend.
