Booking this tour will allow you to visit and learn about Amarapura, Sagaing and Inwa, three of Myanmar’s ancient capitals, in one full day. It’s probably not possible to fit these three if you’re doing a DIY day tour. Our guide, Winnie, advised us to skip some destinations in the original itinerary and suggested other sites that are more interesting. We went to the U Bein Bridge as our last stop. Tourists flock the area to witness the sunrise/sunset so it’s difficult to get a boat when you did not make a reservation. Our guide managed to secure one for us to enjoy the lovely sunset at the Thaungtaman Lake while watching people cross the 1.2-km teakwood bridge. The guide and the driver made our full day tour convenient and comfortable.

Good tour. Good tour guide. Good driving. Quite hard to get around in Myanmar without driving or motor. It is good to take the tour. It’s private tour but reasonable price.

Pickup at the hotel was on time.. The van was quite old used but spacious. The driver was good but the guide’s English was hard to understand. Sagging was scenic but Awa”s roads were bumpy making the horse riding very uncomfortable. Overall was good.

We had a great experience during the tour as our tour guide was very nice and accommodating with our needs. We were able to visit many temples and pagodas during our tour and we even had a horse carriage ride bringing us from one place to another. We had a private tour and our van was very comfortable for the three of us. Highly recommended to try. Just do not forget to wear shirts with sleeves and pants or long skirts as to be able to get inside the temples without having to rent.

Fantastic tour guide and driver provided for the tour. Guide had excellent English and was knowledgable in regards to historic and cultural sites we visited. Tour was for 10hrs so it is a full day but totally worth it to take in everything the city has to offer. Mandalay highlights was the 160 year old U Bein Bridge and visit to the monastery.
