What to expect
This is an experience to make donuts using ”RuRu Rosso”, a super hard wheat from Obira Town.
<What is RuRu Rosso?> The name of products (raw wheat flour, fresh pasta, etc.) made from “Hokkai 259,” a rare hard wheat produced in Rumoi City and Obira Town in Hokkaido.
Children, adults and families are welcome to join. Making sweets that are simple and taste of the ingredients.
This activity will take place in Obira Town(小平町). Rumoi, where Oobira Town is located, is said to be the place to see the most beautiful sunsets in Japan, and was a prosperous herring fishing town.
