We were able to visit 4 MBS attractions with this pass which is really much cheaper than buying individual tickets. We just had difficulty claiming the Gardens by the Bay attraction passes since the claiming area is inside. however, overall, it was an amazing experience.

I recently booked a Singapore Choice Pass for three people through Klook, with the intention of exploring up to three attractions in Sentosa. The app clearly stated that the pass was valid until 31 Dec 2023 before the first redemption. However, when I attempted to redeem one of the attractions on 31 Dec 2023, I was shocked to find out that the voucher's actual validity was until 11 Dec 2023. This blatant discrepancy in information led to a frustrating situation where my family and I were unable to visit the attractions as planned. Despite reaching out to Klook's customer service for clarification, it took them a day to respond, only to dismiss the issue by insisting on following the voucher date. What is utterly disappointing is not just the misleading information in their advertising but the lack of accountability and compensation for their mistake. It's clear they had a miscommunication in their terms and conditions, yet they refused to offer any refund or extend the voucher. I expected better from a service that prides itself on facilitating memorable experiences. This ordeal has not only soured my impression of Klook but also highlighted their lack of professionalism in addressing customer concerns. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for them to uphold transparency and accountability in their services.
