I booked this to avoid waiting time but unfortunately I had to wait around 30 minutes in order for the staff to confirm my booking with their big boss as they claimed that I am the first client booking and paying this online. On the other hand, they were friendly and the result came real fast, after 14 hours to be exact.
The location for access is different from the actual location, Klook's map is for drive-through only, and the actual inspection site is 10 minutes away on foot, so it took 30 minutes to find it in the heat. Although it was an RT-PCR test, there was no saliva test in the pharyngeal wiping test, and there was no explanation in advance, so I rubbed it on site. After all, it seems that the rules of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan have changed (previously, the pharyngeal wiping test was effective for 24 hours). I was still uneasy due to lack of guidance, so I wanted a polite explanation in advance.
Horrible. I pay online for the test and when I get there , they require a text to klook in order to confirm payment. After 30 minutes of waiting I paid an additional fee to get tested. This is complete waste of money.

We did not get the first product we purchased. After they redeemed our payments there was no refund for the exam that we did not receive.
