"Before booking, please search for look reviews." When going to Hawaii, it is highly recommended to buy Oahuka, but please do not book any itinerary through Klook. We used Oahuka successfully, but another Kualoa cost more than NT$6,000. During the ranch itinerary, when we arrived at the pick-up site, the other party did not have our reservation information at all. The voucher and QR code given by Klook in advance were invalid, and the other party could not let us get on the bus! I kept communicating with Chinese and English customer service that day, and the customer service seemed to be in a hurry to end the conversation! There is no reasonable explanation at all! Asking for a refund is just pushing the supplier to refuse the refund, which will cost us 70% of the money! This scheme is very similar to a fraud syndicate, so I hope there won’t be another victim!
Please think twice before booking this trip through Klook! Because we got dumped in Hawaii! It was the worst trip I have ever taken. 5/18 My friend and I booked a one-day trip to Kualoa Ranch in Hawaii on 6/9. The asking price including transfers was NT$6,191! Not a small amount of money! The itinerary and pick-up and drop-off locations were sent via e-mail one after another from the system. Everything seemed perfect! But at 7:15 on 6/9, we arrived at the pick-up location at the Sheraton Hotel in Hawaii on time. Our names were not on the bus pick-up list. The bus driver confirmed that it was the group we wanted to join. The itinerary name was correct, but the reservation number and voucher were not. It's an invalid number! She said the order number started with A, there was no name, no voucher, and no passport number, so she couldn't let us get on the bus! Klook charged 12,382 yuan but did not help us book a trip. I immediately contacted Klook’s English online customer service. Of course, the customer service staff said that the order was valid! The reply said that we had contacted the other party, but the other party did not respond. He said something very sorry, and then asked us to wait, and there was no news again! We watched the bus leave in shock and helplessness! Because we were as far away as Hawaii, we still wanted to complete the itinerary, so we asked Klook to help us change the date to the next day, 6/10. By 6/9, everyone at the Hawaiian Ranch was off work at 4:00 pm! Still no reply! Yes! Really true! We were dropped by Klook in Hawaii! For such an urgent matter, no one responded directly for 8 hours, and no reason was given! Follow-up processing! Just keep us waiting! Neither the English customer service nor the Taiwanese customer service could figure out which link the problem was. They just said it would take some time to verify, and then ended the conversation. Every time I went online to ask about the progress, a different person showed up, and then they had to explain what happened all over again. I met 5-6 online customer service staff back and forth, and then there was no solution! Now we are back in Taiwan 3 days later! Still haven’t gotten used to it! Therefore, there is indeed a big trouble in Klook's subsequent order processing. A Taiwanese customer service said that because our reservation was for 6/9, it has expired! (The time difference quoted in Taiwan was 6/10)! Of course we have booked a trip for 6/9 local time in Hawaii! Isn’t it a bit funny if the travel industry can’t even figure out the time difference issue? Another customer service officer said that we can’t temporarily request a time change, please! We were released locally! ⋯⋯After several back-and-forth encounters, I concluded that no one really wants to help you deal with the mess, except for the customer service team, who are completely out of shape! They just threw out some official canned messages, came out to comfort us, and then disappeared, so whether klook made the reservation at the wrong time or didn't help us make the reservation at all, we don't know! Now it's been another 2 days and they haven't responded. They don't want to deal with this case at all. Klook customer service is the worst in the world. Please don't join Klook. If there is a problem with the itinerary, there is no way to ask for help😰 Now we asked for a refund and they moved out again. There are a bunch of regulations saying that only 30% of the APP travel accumulation fund can be refunded. There is no official statement. They rush to say that only 30% can be refunded. Every customer service said that they need to understand the situation and then ended the conversation. There is no such thing as direct live phone customer service. When you encounter a problem, there is only a situation where the online customer service is hiding behind the scenes and is anxious to end the conversation! There is absolutely no guarantee for consumers! Klook can only advertise as hard as possible! I took the money and got nothing done! Such a negative attitude made us feel like a fraud syndicate! I don’t know how I will be pushed back in the future, and I have no intention of refunding the money! A good trip was ruined like this! We really don’t want anyone to be in this predicament like us! The above content is supported by photos and conversation screenshots!
The Go City pass helped to save $$. Enjoy the tours, however it is advised to book the tours early to avoid full bookings. Got the 3 day pass and went for the premium Luau package was a good experience. Also went to the Polynese Cultural Centre, and Pearl Harbor.
Super convenient and cost-effective! We didn’t spend much time on Oahu and only used a few attractions, but it was already worth the money. Highly recommended!
I got the 3 Day Go Oahu Card. Bang for the buck! The attractions included in the pass are worth it. I was able to use the Oahu Card on the following: audio guide to USS Arizona Memorial and USS Bowfin, Honolulu Museum of Art, Queen Emma Summer Palace, Ka Moana Luau with dinner (Splash seating), Diamond Head crater shuttle and self-guided hike, Diamond Head transpo, Iolani Palace, and the Bishop Museum.
Convenient and easy to use! The itinerary needs to be arranged to have a better experience! A pass that is very worth buying! Consider buying it when you come to Oahu!
Very convenient and easy to use! If you plan your trip well, you can save a lot of money!
Very practical. In 2021, I will travel alone and rely on it for car rentals, sightseeing tours and bus transfers. If I have the opportunity to travel again, I will repurchase it!
