Get involved in farming activities and demonstrations including animal feedings, sheep shearing, working dogs, whip cracking and blacksmithing. While you’re on Churchill Island, take the 2.5km North-Point Loop trail which takes you to the northern tip of the island where you’ll discover ancient Moonah trees (look for the twisty ones), basalt rocks over 50 million years old, and seabirds of all shapes and sizes. Phillip Island Nature Parks’ is visitor-funded and its team care for more than 1805 hectares of wild spaces on Phillip Island. Your visit helps to keep these spaces wild and protects nature for wildlife.
