The St. Regis Hong Kong Staycation Packages

It was the first time I checked in. The entrance of the hotel was a bit difficult to find, but the reception staff were very attentive. I got a deluxe grand room for free upgrade. I believe it is a corner room with an extra window. Afternoon tea and birthday cake are ready in the room. Check out is delayed until 2:00 pm. If you don’t have to rush, you can eat a rich breakfast before going swimming, rest and go. The entrance to the St.Regis hotel is not obvious, but as soon as you step into the hotel, you will feel the five-star service. This trip was to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hotel emailed me in advance to confirm the check-in time, and thoughtfully arranged a small cake and arranged to stay on a high floor, with a more open view. Bulter Sherwin introduced us to the facilities of the room, and reminded us that we can request bubble jelly at night, make our own bubble bath, and relax, which is really intimate. I would like to experience the hotel's butler service, whatsapp Bulter team, and ask them to send two cups of coffee, which will be delivered to the room soon. If the whole trip is to be picky, it should be that the dinner food tastes average. But the overall experience was completely in line with my expectations.

Love the staycation at St Regis. Staff were helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Dinner choice was a bit limited but the food was quite good. The three-year ritual was a big plus! We’ll return for sure.

Chose the Stay and Dine package for our Valentine’s day celebration. We opted for in-room dinner and the food was nice and hot on arrival, and also arrived on time! In particular, breakfast at Run was extremely good, really recommend the chicken and abalone congee! The service was great and all the staff were all very helpful and efficient. We didn’t have to wait for anything and the whole stay was very pleasant. St. Regis is one of the more expensive staycation options but overall it was still a great experience.

We have heard the name many times and we finally had a chance to try this luxury brand of the Marriot group. The hotel is next to Central Plaza at Wan Chai. It is not next to the sea or the shopping centre, so there is not much to so and do unless you walk back to Wan Chai. The room is very stylish designed and is quite roomy. Besides the bed there is a sofa for you to lie down and read a book next to the window. There is also a separate area for you to work or dine. Don't expect any view as the building is surrounded by other buildings in Wan Chai. The breakfast was good, we chose the Chinese style as recommended by the staff there. It came with an abalone chicken congee as well as some delicious dim sums. The included set dinner at the Drawing Room was in contrast, nothing specular. The choice was really limited with 3 choices for each course but 1 out of the 3 you need to pay extra. E.g. the main course had a choice of fish, beef (+$188 for your $488 set) and chef's special (salad). The outdoor swimming pool is quite small and is heated. and it is first come first served, ie no booking allowed, but given this time of the year, basically you could have the whole pool by yourself. St. Regis is famous for its butler service. While the staff are sincere and courteous throughout (especially at the restaurants), I do not see any noticeable butler service (though we were given a QR code to scan for any service requests). I was just expecting someone would knock on the door and introduce himself/herself as the butler but maybe we were not prestigious enough to be entitled for the service. Don't get me wrong, St. Regis is still a great hotel with exceptional service. If you want to try out a brand new hotel with great services, then St. Regis will surely not disappoint

Great service and experience from the team! Only downside was that KLOOK did not provide my email to the hotel and I had to call them after my booking to arrange for the dinner etc. But the hotel itself was great with impeccable service. Would definitely go back.

Received a free room upgrade to the Governor's Suite with over 2,000 SF! Great meals at the Drawing room as well. Overall very pleasant staycation experience.
