Plantation Bay’s Spa Spectacular Package

I was able to use the spa facilities before and after the massage. the sauna and two kinds of pools were available for use in Mogambo Springs during my stay. the massage itself was very relaxing. I was not checked in but still enjoyed walking around the resort.

It rained suddenly, but I had a great time. The scent of the oil was great and I enjoyed the spa. I would like to visit again if I get the chance. Thank you so much for making good memories. miss you

The therapist was excellent and ambience was luxuriously soothing. Massage was a little too soft for me which I thought wasn't good value for the price.

The experience was superb. My mom had the best time during Mother's day. We're glad we tried this out.

There is no explanation on the page that we should leave our cellphones as deposit. But when we went to the spa, they said we had to leave our cellphones as deposit. So we left our cell phone and went in. After that, I saw Koreans taking pictures with their cell phones several times. I thought it was really weird, so I asked the staff what was going on. And then they said it was ok to take pictures. We were told to leave our cell phones at the entrance without any explanation. So, after asking the staff, she told us we could take pictures with our cell phones and then left them in the reception again as deposit. After that, I saw a white people keep her phone in her bag and used it from time to time. And I saw some of people after the massage just left without receiving their phones. This resort only asked us and a few Filipinos for a cellphone as deposit. We experienced discrimination at this resort and were really upset. We made a reservation at 8PM for massage by email. When we arrived there, they told us our reservation was 7PM. They didn’t read emails. We booked massages and ‘day use’ on this day, the resort asked us to leave our passport and cell phones as a deposit. This resort didn’t mentioned about it on Klook. And they also told us the massage was ‘no pressure’. They just applied oil to the skin and combed with something like a comb. That’s all. I think it wasn’t massage. If I had known about it and the deposit in advance, I would never have bought the voucher. I think Klook should write about this resort asking for cell phone and passport as deposit. The massage room was really dark, I couldn't see the chair so I bumped into it and hurt myself. Really dangerous. And we received massages for 50 minutes. They didn’t keep the time. The masseuse didn't come on time so we waited. And they were really rude. After the massage, they cursed at us for over 5 minutes in front of the door. No worth the money.
