- 【How to use】
- Select your service route, date, and time to easily book a hands-free travel experience
- You will receive a booking confirmation email from LuggAgent within 24 hours after your reservation
- To ensure smooth service, please add LuggAgent customer support; details will be provided in the order confirmation email
- 【Service Process】
- Airport → Hotel: Hand over your luggage at the airport between 9:00 – 18:00; it will be delivered to the hotel front desk before 21:00 on the same day
- Hotel → Hotel: Hand over your luggage before 11:00; it will be delivered to the designated hotel front desk before 21:00 on the same day
- Hotel → Airport: Hand over your luggage before 11:00; it can be collected at the airport between 15:00 – 21:00 on the same day
- Homestay Service: Hand over your luggage outside the homestay; for delivery, please provide the room code and check-in instructions before 13:00 (local time), and the luggage will be placed directly inside the room
- 【Luggage Guideline】
- Each item ≤ 32 kg (71 lbs), total dimensions ≤ 180 cm (each side ≤ 32 in)
- Accepted: suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, briefcases
- Items must match the booking; extra/oversized/overweight luggage may be refused or charged USD 15 per piece
Additional information
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- Present your passport or photo ID to retrieve your luggage
- Kindly inspect your luggage upon collection. If you notice any issue, simply take a photo and contact LuggAgent customer support right away so we can assist you
- Insurance includes coverage for delay, loss, or damage (excluding handles/wheels, accommodation, or flight expenses)
- Hotel Send-out: Just store your luggage at the hotel front desk and send a photo to LuggAgent. You don’t need to wait — we’ll send an email to you once the driver has picked it up
- Hotel Service: Please make sure your hotel has luggage storage servcie. If not, please select the “Homestay Service.”
Insider Tips:
- For luggage deliveries to/from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage deliveries to/from hotels, luggage collection and delivery will be handled by the hotel concierge
- For luggage deliveries from hotels, the drop-off time is not the time when the driver collects your luggage, so you can just leave the hotel after taking photos of the luggage and storage receipt
