Good to know
- A PHP 10,000 security deposit in cash or via GCash will be collected upon check-in. This will be returned upon check-out once the property is clear from any damages. Should there be any breakages or damages, management reserves the right to hold the deposit while assessing the total cost.
- Guests are encouraged to bring in their own food & drinks. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with cookware and dining ware that can be use during your stay. Kitchen assistance is also available. There are no corkage fees for regular food orders & deliveries. On-site catering is subject to a caterer's fee.
- A guide book / property manual will be sent via email to all confirmed bookings. This includes a list of restaurants that deliver to Casa Laiya.
- Guests will receive one bath towel & one pool towel during their stay. For long staying guests, these are replaced on the third day of your stay. Extra charges will apply for requests of additional towels and change of linens.
- Guests must follow and agree to Casa Laiya’s pet policy. Pet policy here: http://bit.ly/CLPetPolicy
- Guests will be responsible for any breakages and damages in the property. Replacements and repairs needed beyond the usual wear and tear including shipping and other transportation fees will be charged accordingly.
- No visitors, day trippers and third party suppliers will be allowed aside from registered checked-in guests. Casa Laiya has the right to refuse entry of outside visitors and suppliers.
- The beach is a short 5 minute walk from the property. An entrance fee will be collected upon entry. This fee is valid for the guest's entire stay which allows guests to go back multiple times. There is a balsa/ floating cottage available for rent and our staff can arrange this activity upon arrival.
- No events or parties will be allowed without prior notice. Contact the property directly for their event packages.
