The 120-seat establishment is beautifully appointed in a colour palette reflecting the lustre of jade, specially commissioned wallpaper and evocative overhead lantern lighting among other exquisite design elements. Housed within The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, a historic and beautifully conserved National Monument, Jade represents a fusion of heritage, design, culture, and exquisite dining that is unique to the Singapore culinary scene.

We had a very enjoyable and filling lunch at Jade. Portion size and variety was great. Delicious. Will probably do this again in the future. Be sure to call the restaurant to make reservation.

Quality dim sum dishes and very filling even with the 15-dish limit. Would be perfect if tea was included.
Had a great brunch at Jade! The bird nest soup was delicate and flavorful, and I loved the deep-fried taro with cod and peppercorns. The char siew pastry was perfectly flaky with a sweet-savory filling, and the egg tarts were a perfect finish.
This restaurant has a high ceiling, spaciousness, and a wonderful atmosphere!! You will have a wonderful time. Each dish is authentic and delicious. There are also menus with Singaporean flavors 🇸🇬
It was good but it didn't quite live up to the incredible dinner I had here two years ago. I still miss that previous experience.

It was a great experience. Each table can order up to fifteen dim sum dishes or entrees. The food was excellent, and the ambiance was very elegant. Tea is charged separately.
