Good to know
- Free shuttle service is available from the bus station. Please contact the business, and they will assist you in arranging a shuttle reservation.
- Free shuttle service is available from Pingtung Railway Station to the take-off site, and return service to a nearby bus station (Session: 09:00. Please contact the business, and they will assist in arranging a shuttle).
- We recommend wearing long pants, sneakers, or shoes that won't fall off. You will need to cooperate with the instructor to run during take-off (flight suits are also available on-site for passengers wearing shorts or skirts).
- We recommend getting enough sleep the day before your experience. If you are prone to motion sickness, you can bring your own motion sickness medicine (there is a mountain road to the flying field, and there is a chance of getting motion sickness).
- After the flight, a free video will be saved to your phone. Please make sure your phone has at least 3GB of memory space available, or bring your own memory card or flash drive. If the video cannot be used normally due to mechanical failure or other factors, a refund of TWD100 will be issued on-site, and no re-flight service will be provided.
- You should inform us of any health problems in advance. If you conceal any information and any accidents or damages occur, you shall be responsible for them, and the supplier may demand compensation for damages.
- If weather conditions prevent flight, you can choose to reschedule or get a refund (a remittance fee will be deducted for non-cash refunds).
- In the event of typhoons, heavy rain, or other adverse weather conditions that prevent flight, the weather will be based on the weather on the day of the flight within a 20-kilometer radius of the local airfield. Weather conditions will be announced by 07:00 on the day of the flight. If flight is not possible, you can choose to postpone (reserved for 3 months) or get a refund.
- If you are under 18 years old, your parents must sign an experience consent form (minimum experience age is 7 years old or above).
