The service desk is not easy to find. Once you find it, just give the barcode and you can collect it! However, the discount coupon is not high, but the luggage tag is of good quality, so you can still get it and check it out.
It was nice to be able to receive souvenirs with a Hong Kong flavor for free in a great cultural and shopping space. I especially liked the fact that the staff member who gave it to me responded with a friendly smile.
Seems a good deal but my trip was cancelled due to personal circumstances. Hope to take advantage of this deal in the future.
