Abu Dhabi Evening Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner

An extremely satisfying experience!! The tour was conducted with about 6-7 vehicles, each accommodating 6 people. It seemed like most of the participants were European, and we were the only Asians. The guide spoke excellent English, so communication was not an issue at all. Pickup was very smooth via WhatsApp, and the guide contacted us separately 10 minutes before arrival and came to pick us up in front of the hotel! The itinerary included dune bashing, sandboarding, taking pictures with a falcon at Merang, camel riding, and a BBQ dinner with a show, as described. If you add about 40,000 won per person, you can ride a 4-wheel ATV for 15 minutes, but we skipped it and went to the BBQ camp first to get henna. There were photo opportunities in the middle of the desert a couple of times, and the guide took a lot of pictures for us in good spots. They also take videos when you ride the camels~ For sand basing, they let you lie down to ride or stand up like you're riding a ski board if you want ㅎㅎ. If you're going to lie down, I recommend bringing a scarf! And unlike Dubai tour reviews, there's no place to buy scarves separately, so I recommend buying them in advance. We bought them for about 10 dirhams each at a market in Abu Dhabi! There was no extra charge for taking pictures with the falcon, and the guide came over and took a lot of pictures then too!! It's quite fun, so I highly recommend doing it~ The temperature was around 20 degrees Celsius in January, so it was slightly warm when the sun was out, but moderately cool, so the weather was very nice. It was a bit chilly at the camp in the evening, so it would be better to bring a jacket! I also thought the BBQ was really delicious~ It tastes like charcoal tandoori chicken!! I booked it without thinking much, because everyone was doing it, but I had a really enjoyable time~~

Had a wonderful experience with our guide Joseph. The trip was great, experience at the camp was memorable with performances buffet lunch, drinks and snacks. Desert ride was adventurous and we had great fun.

It was a thrilling experience of enjoying the deserts of Abu Dhabi with dune bashing and then having a very good dinner in the evenings. Totally worth it. The desert camp is almost 1.5 hours from Abu Dhabi city. Before reaching the camp there were few stops like camel camp and then half n hour of bone grinding rides on the huge sand dunes which was equally scary and fun. Had an early dinner in the camp and the food was quite good. Later there were two Arabic dances which was spellbinding to watch. Thanks klook for such a smooth experience.

The car that comes to pick you up is a desert safari car. It is a four-wheel drive vehicle. The co-pilot can seat 1 person, the second row can seat 3 people, and the last row can seat 2 people. However, it is recommended to charter the car directly for 5 people, because the second row can seat 2 people. The seat in the middle of the row is not very comfortable. The driver will go directly to the hotel to pick you up, stop at a gas station for everyone to use the toilet, and then go to a small settlement in the desert to take pictures with camels, and then go sandbathing! ! ! It is recommended that people who get motion sickness take motion sickness medicine in advance. After washing the sand, we will go to a high desert slope, where everyone can play bodyboard together, take photos, and then go to the dining camp. (You can queue up to ride the camel before eating, but the circle can only take 2 minutes at most, which is very short.) At the camp, you can draw hands, take photos in robes, drink free coffee, and eat dates. The buffet is large enough for everyone, and you can also Someone performs. Overall, it’s a very cost-effective and fun trip~

It was a perfect excursion from the start to the finish. Our driver was extremely caring and patient. The sand bashing and boarding were great fun and the desert during sunset is absolutely stunning. The whole camp setup was excellent. There was henna painting, shisha and belly dancing. The food and personnel there were absolutely lovely. Would recommend to anyone.

The experience was nothing less than extra-ordinary. Go for ocean Air travels as they have the best service and their experience amongst the many. Experiences - visit to camel farm, pictures (Mr Biju takes up the photographer responsibility and you'll be very happy), sand boarding, camel ride, Quad biking 10/10 3. The experience itself was very enjoyable. From the pick up, camel feeding, desert safari, and the buffet dinner, everything was worth it. Our tour guide was very proactive in taking the best photos. Will avail again if visiting Abu Dhabi!

Very satisfied. picked up from hotel on time. dune bashing was thrilling. however, there was a long queue for camel riding. Sandboarding was fun! Dinner was special with traditional dancing performance.
