- As this is a public transportation service, seating is on a first come first serve basis
- This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- Tickets will be emailed to you 24 hours before the start of the journey (The Klook voucher is not the ticket). Cancellation is not possible after receiving the tickets
- Airport buses, the Westbahn, and the City Airport Train (CAT) are excluded from Vienna's core zone. A ticket will be required to reach the core zone from the airport via S-Bahn or ÖBB Railjet
