Basic Diving for Beginners

I had my first basic diving course yesterday with DiveGurus Boracay, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, and Coach Joshua was exceptionally patient in teaching me the skills and guiding me throughout the dive. We explored Angol Point, which was absolutely mesmerizing. Coach Joshua also took amazing videos of me during the dive. While the videos weren’t included in the package, the extra Php 1,000 was well worth it to document this underwater adventure. I’d definitely come back for more dives in the future!

This is my 5th DSD dive before diving here and every dive is definitely worth the experience! Thank you so much Kuya Jojo for being hands on with me. Will definitely be back to take the Open Water diving course ❤ ❤

I’m not good at swimming and never done scuba diving before. The instructor was quite professional and patient. Despite having high anxiety in the beginning, he encouraged me to breathe slowly and steadily, helping me push through my comfort zone. Moments later, I was underwater, seeing fishes, and experiencing something that will remind me that I can push through my limit and fear. I highly recommend to try and be ready to step out of your comfort zone! You won’t regret it!

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing experience on our first-ever dive! From the start, Sir Bri made us feel comfortable and excited about the adventure ahead. He was incredibly patient, knowing it was our first time and explained everything so clearly that we felt confident even before getting in the water. The moment we submerged, it was like entering a whole new world. The marine life was absolutely breathtaking and experiencing it together made it even more special. Sir Bri guided us every step of the way, ensuring we were safe while also making the experience fun and unforgettable. We not only learned so much but also created such a beautiful memory together. The instructor was very helpful and he guided me all throughout the dive. It was easier to communicate with him since he speaks english.

Had an amazing experience with DiveGurus Boracay during the Basic Diving for Beginners activity. Coach Stell and Coach Pia were both very patient, supportive, and made the whole dive feel safe and enjoyable. Their guidance made it a great first diving experience. Darwin gave a very detailed and informative briefing of the safety measures first, then made sure we practiced essential skills before going further for the dive 👌🏻 schedule was just slightly delayed but it’s all good!

recommended for beginners. kuya Joshua and kuya jason were very professional and patient with us and taught us all the way til we finish this course. surely an experience to repeat
