Booking Requirements
- The address and name of your accommodation (e.g. hotel or villa) must be stated clearly at checkout. No refund will be issued for delays or failure in pick-up due to incomplete information

- If your group size exceeds the maximum passenger count, you must book a larger vehicle
- For same day booking, please book at least 5 hours before your preferred pick-up time
