  • Please note: Do not tamper with your card. Do not bend, write on, scratch, tap, cut, or attach stickets/photos/other accessories on it. In these above cases, transactions will not be honored and the remaining stored value will not be refunded
  • Your e-Money card can be reloaded by cash at thousands of locations throughout Bali (ex. Indomaret, Alfamart, ATM of Bank Mandiri, etc.)
  • Minimum top-up is IDR50,000
  • Maximum balance is IDR2,000,000
  • If the Mandiri e-Money card is lost, Bank Mandiri will not block, physically replace the card, or refund the remaining balance
  • If the Mandiri e-Money card is damaged, Bank Mandiri will not block or physically replace the card, but Bank Mandiri will refund the remaining balance after deducting administrative costs
  • Mandiri e-Money balance checks can be done using the Mandiri online application with NFC-enabled Android phones, at ATMs, and at merchant channels that have collaborated with Bank Mandiri
  • Please note: You can use your prepaid e-Money card for the following purposes:
  • Toll payment (Jabodetabek, Bandung, Medan, Palikanci, Semarang, Bali, Surabaya, and Makassar)
  • Parking and electronic parking terminal payment
  • MRT, Commuterline, and Railink payment
  • Transjakarta bus, Transjogja bus, and Batik Solo Trans payment
  • Retail shopping payment (Indomaret and Alfa Group)
  • Payment in stores, attractions, or restaurants with the e-Money logo
