Staff at the collection point is nice. And the ticket collection counter is obvious on site. But the ticket collection instruction could be more clear in the confirmation email though. And btw, why poster this year requires purchase? During the random pick of the benefit, I thought the system will automatically take away those empty seats. The seat next to me won a signed poster, but in fact the seat is empty and no body show up

It was a memorable experience. My first time being able to be so close to my favourite idol, and also able to touch him, and have a photo with him. Definitely a fan meeting I’ll never forget. The venue was rather small but it wasn’t packed at all, stage was actually pretty close to the audience due to the small venue, in which I like it!
