- 【Business hours】 The Guangzhou Tower’s business hours are from 09:30-22:30. The time for tourists to enter the tower is from 09:30-22:00. Please refer to the on-site ticket hall for holidays and special event days. 【Ticket collection method】 To redeem tickets and board the tower, you must present your valid ID. On the day of your visit, present your ticket redemption code or valid ID at the West Ticket Hall of Guangzhou Tower to redeem your ticket. Tickets for the same order must be collected at once. 【Time-Sharing Sightseeing】 Tourists need to redeem tickets and enter the tower according to the time slot of the purchased ticket. If tourists miss the deadline for entering the tower due to personal reasons, they will not be able to enter the tower, and the resulting losses shall be borne by the tourists themselves. 【Special Suspension】 The outdoor sightseeing area is easily affected by the weather. Please pay attention to the weather conditions and the relevant announcements on the Guangzhou Tower’s Weibo and WeChat official accounts. If, on the day of your visit, there are irresistible factors due to the weather, or the mechanical facilities of the amusement project are being maintained, causing some projects of the Guangzhou Tower to be delayed or suspended: (1) Tourists who have not redeemed their tickets can contact Trip.com customer service to apply for a full refund on the day of the visit; (2) Tourists who have redeemed their tickets, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff of the scenic spot to refund or postpone the unvisited parts (low visibility, rain, fog and other weather conditions after entering the tower cannot be used as a reason for refund). 【Security check】 Before entering the tower, please cooperate with the Guangzhou Tower security personnel to accept security checks. Please do not bring the following items to the tower: lighters and other flammable and explosive items, beverages, radio-controlled toys, aviation models, and kites and other items that can be launched into the air (see the regulations at the Guangzhou Tower security checkpoint for details). 【Safety Precautions】 Tourists who are under 1.4 meters or over 1.95 meters in height, weigh over 95 kg, are over 65 years old, are pregnant, or have a fear of heights, high blood pressure, heart disease, mental illness, are drunk, have prostheses, or have mobility problems are not suitable for participating in Speed Cloud. Children under 1.5 meters must be accompanied by an adult to participate in recreational activities. For tourists who do not comply with the safety regulations of the amusement project, the staff has the right to refuse their qualifications for the ride, and the tourists themselves shall bear the corresponding economic and legal responsibilities for the adverse consequences arising therefrom.
