Shared City Transfers from Hong Kong to Galaxy Macau (via Zhuhai Bridge)

I'm disappointed with this one. It was stated that the pick up point is at Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour City at 9:55am. When we got there, the customer service staff can't understand english (language barrier) but luckily the customer behind me knows how to speak in English. She translated what the staff tried to say to me - ALL BUS THAT DAY IN THAT TERMINAL IS GOING TO MAINLAND CHINA IN . She referred that we should go to China Hong Kong City station instead. To cut the story short, WE BOUGHT A TICKET AGAIN BECAUSE WE ALREADY MISSED THE 9:55AM BUS. And that's because of the travel time from Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour City to China Hong Kong City!!!

Super hassle. I book Hongkong to Macau via Zhuhai bridge departed at 9:55am . The ticket counter gave us Zhuhai ticket which means going to Zhuhai China. I think she overlooked the Via Zhuhai bridge. At the Airport they hold us looking for our visa going to China, we explained that we are going to Macau not China. After talking to the phone and confirm we are right they let us ride to Macau bus. But its very hassle because we are hold for almost an hour

Worse travel ever,,, they guide us to the wrong bus... Staff in the ticketing booth are not freindly and they don't speak english

From Zhuhai to Macau, there are clear staff instructions. When arriving in Macau, there is a special car to the hotel, a short drive to the hotel, very grateful

Easy ticket exchange. Take care to bring home documents, because you will pass Zhuhai Customs and then Macau Customs.

The price is economical, but it takes time to go to Macau via Zhuhai, which is a waste of time.

Very poor experience, confusing arrangements, unclear instructions First of all, remember to take us back to the township, otherwise we have to return to get on the bus in Tsuen Wan. The return car went out of the gate in Hong Kong and we had to queue to Zhuhai. Our destination was Macau. So we queued for the team in Macau and we were told that the wrong team had to queue again after entering Zhuhai. We have to wait for all the talents at the meeting points to set off. Some passengers said that they have waited forty-five minutes. We may have arrived late. After waiting for fifteen minutes, the departure staff took us to departure (Zhuhai) and entry (Macau) At Hong Kong, ID cards cannot be used for automatic passage. A customs inspection team with only one window open is required. After entering Macao, they have to wait. The driver said that they must wait for all the people to set off for the galaxy. The waiting time is half an hour. In fact, it is not homogeneous, but everyone is complaining. The driver has to get approval from the company to drive this backward and chaotic arrangement. No wonder it is a bit flatter than other tickets to Macau and it will not be used for me.

I have participated in many k look trips, I have never tried such a bad experience! The bus I bought was directly to Galaxy Hotel Macau, but when the ticket was redeemed that day, the driver told me that the ticket was only going to Zhuhai Port, and I had to take the bus to Galaxy again! Inquired about klook for more than ten days, but still didn't get a response! I was really angry, the arrangement disrupted our plans and mood that day!
