The current art exhibition at the gallery was amazing! Artwork of Maori ancestors in many forms, one short video made us tear. Remember to sign up for the tour, it gave us great insight on the whole history of the Waitangi Treaty & the community before it happened. The cultural show was also really great & interactive! Highly recommend :)
Such a great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and definitely felt it was worth the money. Spent all day here exploring and finding out about the history of this country!
The guide was very informative! The cultural performance was also interesting. Give more time here if you like knowing about history so you can explore the museums too as these are not covered in the guided tour but instead u can explore it on your own after the tour.
A truly wonderful experience learning about the history and culture of the Maori people. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the historic events that took place. Likewise the cultural performance in the maori meeting hall was excellently performed.
Excellent day at the Treaty Grounds. A very informative guided tour followed by a cultural performance. Def recommend!
The museum was good, cultural performance was excellent. Guided tour however was just mediocre. Overall a decent experience
It's so worth it! Learn about the history of New Zealand, how Maori and the United Kingdom reached an agreement, and Maori cultural performances. It is very special. The content of the two museums is also very rich and detailed, and it is worth visiting slowly.
Very interesting. Guided tour and Māori cultural performance were very good. Also enjoyed the museums, especially the Museum of Waitangi, and the overview film.
